Bruce Whaley is a Tax Partner for Ronald Blue & Co. CPAs and Consultants, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bruce provides tax, accounting, planning, and consultation services to individuals and closely-held corporations and partnerships. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.
In addition to his CPA designation, Bruce earned his BS in Accounting from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and a BS in Music from Manhattan School of Music in New York City.
Bruce began his career as a staff accountant for a CPA firm in Bradenton, Florida. Later, Bruce joined another firm where he was promoted to Tax Partner. His responsibilities included business development, review and preparation of complex income tax and estate tax planning returns, as well as compliance work focused on taxation of construction contractors and real estate developers.
Along with addressing general tax matters, Bruce focuses on the accounting and taxation of businesses, including professional medical practices, construction contractors, homebuilders, and real estate developers. He also performs cost segregation services for real estate to assist taxpayers with increasing their cash flow.
Active in his community, Bruce previously served as Treasurer of CareNet Pregnancy Center and was a Founding Board Member of Family Life Community School. He is an active member of Grace Community Church.
Bruce and his wife, Lisa, live in Marietta, GA with their 5 children.
